Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use AuditPulse, an AI compliance diagnostic service operated from Australia. By running a diagnostic or purchasing a report you agree to them. If you are using AuditPulse for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

You answer a set of structured questions about your AI systems. We generate a report that scores your responses against the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and SOC 2, identifies gaps, cites the relevant regulatory provisions, and sets out a remediation direction. The report is delivered as a dated PDF with a unique reference number.

AuditPulse is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The report is a structured assessment based on the answers you give. It is not a certification, an accreditation, a legal opinion, or a guarantee that any regulator, auditor, investor, or insurer will reach the same conclusion. You should obtain your own legal advice before relying on it for a regulatory decision.

Prices are in US dollars and may change. The price shown at the time of purchase is the price that applies to that purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time products are charged in full at purchase. The Compliance Monitor subscription renews monthly until you cancel, and cancelling stops future charges while leaving the current period in place.

The report reflects the answers you give. You are responsible for answering accurately and for having the authority to describe your organisation's systems. An assessment built on inaccurate answers will produce an inaccurate result, and we cannot be responsible for that outcome.

Reports are generated and delivered within minutes of purchase, so they cannot be returned in the ordinary sense. If the service fails to deliver your report, or the report is materially defective, contact damon@getauditpulse.io and we will regenerate it or refund you. This sits alongside any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which we do not exclude.

You own the answers you submit and the report we produce for you, and you are free to share it with your board, investors, insurers, customers, or regulators. We retain ownership of the AuditPulse platform, scoring methodology, question sets, and report templates. You may not resell the service or present our methodology as your own.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw parts of the service, and will give notice where a change materially affects a paid subscription.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of AuditPulse is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or regulatory penalties. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
